Can you remove an old pet urine stain?
An old stain may improve with treatment, but urine can leave a lasting colour change. Send a photo and tell us roughly how long it has been there. We will explain what may be possible, and we may need a closer look before advising you.
How long will the treated area take to dry?
That depends on the material, the treatment needed and the airflow in your home. Ask us about drying time when you enquire, especially if the accident is on your main sofa or in a room you use every day.
Why does the urine smell keep coming back?
Urine can soak into carpet backing, underlay or cushion filling. A smell may return if its source remains there after the surface is cleaned. Tell us about repeat accidents so we can discuss whether cleaning can reach the affected area and what else may need attention.
Can you treat pet urine on a sofa or chair?

Will I need new carpet or underlay?

Can you help before a tenancy inspection?
Send us the inspection date and details of the pet stains or smells. We will check availability and discuss what cleaning may achieve. Allow time for drying before the inspection; treatment cannot guarantee a landlord's decision about a deposit.
What if I have already used a shop bought cleaner?

Having dogs in the house and living 200m from the beach the carpets were pretty shabby, full of sand and you could see where they’d been compressed though heavy traffic over the same areas. Prices varied from Deep Cleaning Pros (DCP) at £150 to a local company at £260. Average was £200. With so many high reviews we went with DCP. Dawood arrived and explained what he would do and how long it would take. On our return from a walk the carpets looked like brand new carpets again and the rug too. The staircase carpet had a huge coffee stain we couldn’t remove but Dawood got rid of it. Would I recommend DCP: I certainly would. Would I use DCP again: Always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
