Your quote depends on the size of your sofa, its fabric and any stains or smells. Send a photo, your postcode and the number of seats. Include any armchairs or extra cushions so we can quote for everything you want cleaned.
Can you remove stains from my sofa?
It depends on the spill, the fabric and how long the mark has been there. Tell us about any products you have already used. We can discuss what treatment may help, though some spills leave a lasting mark or colour change.
When can I sit on my sofa again?
Wait until the fabric and cushions are fully dry. The time needed depends on the upholstery, the cleaning method and the airflow in your room. We will discuss drying when you book so you can plan around having the sofa out of use.
Can you help with pet smells in sofa cushions?
Tell us where the accidents happened and whether they have happened more than once. Urine can soak into the cushion filling, so a surface clean may leave some of the smell behind. We will discuss the affected areas and what treatment is suitable.
Do I need to move my sofa before you arrive?
Please tell us if the sofa is heavy, reclines or is made up of separate sections. We can agree what access is needed before the visit. Clear small items around it and ask us about moving furniture before lifting anything heavy.
Is it worth cleaning my sofa before replacing it?
Cleaning may help if built up dirt or spills are making the fabric look tired. It cannot repair worn material, faded colour or sagging cushions. Send photos of the areas that concern you so we can talk through what may improve.
Can you clean velvet or other delicate sofa fabrics?
The fabric and its condition need checking first. Send a photo of the care label, along with a clear photo of the sofa. Tell us about fading, loose seams or problems after a previous clean so we can decide whether cleaning is suitable.
When can children and pets use the sofa again?
Keep children and pets off the sofa while it is being cleaned and while it dries. We will explain any further advice for the products used. Tell us about sensitivities to scents or cleaning products before you book.
Can I have armchairs cleaned with my sofa?
Include each chair in your enquiry, with photos and care labels if you have them. Let us know if the fabric is different from your sofa. We can check what is suitable and give you a quote for the pieces you want cleaned together.
What if a mark or smell remains after the sofa dries?
Contact us with a photo of any visible mark and tell us whether the cushions are fully dry. A lasting stain or a smell in the filling may need a closer look. We can discuss the next step based on what you are noticing.

Having dogs in the house and living 200m from the beach the carpets were pretty shabby, full of sand and you could see where they’d been compressed though heavy traffic over the same areas. Prices varied from Deep Cleaning Pros (DCP) at £150 to a local company at £260. Average was £200. With so many high reviews we went with DCP. Dawood arrived and explained what he would do and how long it would take. On our return from a walk the carpets looked like brand new carpets again and the rug too. The staircase carpet had a huge coffee stain we couldn’t remove but Dawood got rid of it. Would I recommend DCP: I certainly would. Would I use DCP again: Always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
